This highly exclusive recognition program celebrates companies and leaders making extraordinary contributions to brand influence, market presence, and community impact.
The Nexus Awards represent the most selective honor in marketing technology and brand innovation, with only five nominees per category. RESPECT Organization was recognized for its three decades of transformative community leadership in Birmingham, Alabama—most notably through the Back-to-School Rally, now celebrating its 30th anniversary. Under Green’s leadership, the rally has consistently provided vital resources like school supplies and food to thousands of families, promoted nonviolence and unity, and built trusted partnerships across civic, educational, and faith sectors.

The award ceremony will take place live on September 23rd and 24th, 2025, during Growth Hacking Live 2025 at the Manchester Hyatt in San Diego, California. Winners will be announced on stage before an audience of industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors.
